## Our Commitment to Quality

We take great care in ensuring that every macramé item is crafted with precision and packaged securely before it leaves our hands. Each order is inspected and packed with the intention of reaching you in perfect condition.

## Eligibility for Replacement

We offer a free replacement strictly under the following condition:

> Your package arrives with visibly damaged packaging or shows clear signs of tampering prior to delivery.

If your package meets this criterion, you are eligible for a brand-new replacement item at no additional cost to you.

### What to Do If Your Package Arrives Damaged or Tampered

Please follow the steps below at the time of delivery:

1. Do not accept the package. If the packaging appears damaged, crushed, torn, or tampered with, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery person.

2. Return it immediately. Hand the package back to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

3. Notify us promptly. Send an email to admin@gaurnitaicreations.com with the subject line: "Damaged Package – Order ID [Your Order ID]". Please include your Order ID and a brief description of the condition of the package as observed at delivery.

Once we receive your notification and verify the reported concern, a brand-new replacement will be dispatched to you at no additional charge.

## No Refunds or Exchanges for Other Reasons

We do not accept refunds or exchanges under any other circumstances.

This policy exists because all of our macramé pieces are:

- Handmade - crafted by hand with care and attention to detail, making each item one of a kind.

- Customized and Personalized - made specifically to your chosen size at the time of order.

Once an order is placed and production begins, the item cannot be resold, repurposed, or reassigned to another customer. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges due to:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect size ordered by the customer

- Personal preference or aesthetic reasons

- Delays in delivery caused by courier services or external factors

Since every item is handcrafted and sized specifically to your order, we are unable to modify, exchange, or refund items due to sizing issues arising from an incorrect size selection. We strongly encourage all customers to:
